This is my second time using MJ Travel. Marlene has been exceptionally professional, pays very close attention to customers requests and provides suggestions based on her years of experience in the field. She is courteous, and knowledgeable. She is very good at what she does. I will definitely use MJ Travels again and recommend their services to others.

Marlene, it was such a pleasure working with you..you made everything so much easier...calmed me down after I missed my connecting flight...and had to book another flight...you rearranged everything for me so I had nothing to worry about...Jamaica was absolutely beautiful...had a blast at Dream Weekend...will definitely be there next year! Marlene is the best! I have booked with Marlene over 4 times now over the years and recently did a birthday trip to Jamaica with my mom last June. Throughout the process Marlene was patient and attentive to my every need and question. Arrival/Departure, transportation, check in to the hotel, literally everything went smoothly with no issues. She was sweet enough to remember my actual birthday and sent me an email the day of which she did not have to do. Looking forward to booking more trips with her. I definitely recommend MJTravel Group for group and family trips.
