MJ Travel Group and Events

By making a reservation with MJ Travel Group and Events, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

All room bookings require a deposit at the time of reservation. The deposit amount will be specified during the booking process.
The final balance must be paid in full by the payment due date provided at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of the deposit.
MJ Travel Group offers flexible payment plans. To participate, you must agree to the payment schedule provided at the time of booking.

A booking is considered confirmed only once MJ Travel Group and Events has received the deposit or full payment and has issued a written confirmation.
Please review the details in your confirmation carefully. It is your responsibility to notify MJ Travel immediately of any discrepancies or errors.

Changes to your reservation (such as travel dates, room category, or guest information) must be requested in writing. MJ Travel will do its best to accommodate such requests, but changes may incur additional fees based on availability and hotel policies.
All changes are subject to hotel approval and may not be guaranteed.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to MJ Travel Group and Events.
Cancellation policies, including penalties and eligibility for refunds, are determined by the specific hotel or resort. MJ Travel will communicate these policies at the time of booking.
Any refund, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request, minus any non-refundable fees such as deposits, booking fees, or cancellation penalties.

Certain fees, such as deposits and booking fees, may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated during the booking process.
Promotional and discounted bookings may also have non-refundable terms. Ensure you review the terms associated with any special offers.

Each traveler is required to purchase Travel Credit Insurance at checkout. This insurance provides coverage for non-refundable payments in case of cancellations, unforeseen events, or trip disruptions.
Failure to purchase Travel Credit Insurance may result in limited options for refunds or rescheduling if a trip is canceled or delayed.

MJ Travel Group and Events follows the policies of the hotel or resort, including check-in/check-out times, room occupancy limits, and any other terms specific to the property.
Hotels may require a valid credit card upon check-in for incidentals, which is separate from the payment made to MJ Travel.

It is the guest's responsibility to ensure they have all required travel documents, including a valid passport, visa (if applicable), and any health documentation.
MJ Travel is not responsible for any travel disruptions or denied entry due to insufficient or incorrect travel documentation.

In addition to the required Travel Credit Insurance, MJ Travel Group strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your trip investment against unforeseen circumstances such as illness, weather delays, or trip cancellations.
MJ Travel is not liable for any losses, including non-refundable bookings, if travel insurance is not purchased.

Any special requests (e.g., room location, bedding type, accessibility needs) must be communicated at the time of booking. While MJ Travel will relay requests to the hotel, such requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

MJ Travel Group and Events acts solely as an intermediary between guests and hotels, resorts, or service providers. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or delays incurred due to actions or omissions by third parties.
MJ Travel is not liable for any cancellation or modification of travel services by hotels or resorts due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health crises.

MJ Travel Group is not responsible for force majeure events such as strikes, acts of God, pandemics, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, refund and rebooking options will be determined based on the policies of the hotel or resort.

MJ Travel Group and Events reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated on our website or via email.

By confirming your booking with MJ Travel Group and Events, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
