These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all travel services provided by MJ Travel Group & Events (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

A deposit is required to secure your booking, with final payment due by the date specified in your invoice. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation policies vary depending on the suppliers involved (such as airlines, hotels, or tour operators) and will be communicated at the time of booking. MJ Travel Group & Events is not responsible for any penalties or non-refundable amounts imposed by suppliers. We strongly recommend that travelers purchase travel insurance to protect their investment against unforeseen circumstances.

We reserve the right to modify travel arrangements if necessary due to supplier changes, weather conditions, safety concerns, or other events beyond our control. Any additional costs resulting from such changes will be the responsibility of the traveler.

Travelers are responsible for ensuring their passports are valid for at least six months beyond their travel dates, obtaining all necessary visas, vaccinations, and travel documentation, arriving on time for all flights, transfers, and tours, and providing accurate contact and travel information.

MJ Travel Group & Events acts solely as an agent for airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers and is not liable for any acts or omissions of these third parties. We disclaim responsibility for delays, cancellations, lost luggage, injuries, illnesses, or other incidents that occur during travel and are outside our control.

We strongly advise travelers to secure comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, lost or damaged baggage, and other unexpected events.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of  Texas.
